چکیده
Long-term incorporation of manure has shown many benefits to improve soil productivity, but its effects on nitrogen (N) partitioning in aggregates and availability plants is not well understood. The aim this study was examine the influence different long-term field fertilization regimes N aggregates. Soils from a after 25-yr treatments no (CK), mineral fertilizer (NPK), NPK with stover return (NPKS), application (NPKM) were examined for adding 15N-labelled urea incubating 42 days. Using wet sieving procedure, separated into macroaggregates (> 250 ?m, coarse particulate organic matter or cPOM), microaggregates (53–250 ?m), silt + clay (< 53 inter mineral-associated OM inter-MOM). further fine free POM (ffPOM), physically protected intra-aggregate (iPOM), intra (intra-MOM). Total 15N concentrations determined. All fractions except ffPOM (limited mass) used cultivate ryegrass (Lolium perenne L.) uptake Mass macroaggregate 10 % higher NPKM NPKS significantly use efficiency than that while opposite true intra-MOM fraction differences other fractions. retained cPOM, intra-MOM, inter-MOM ranged 24 34%, 28–37 %, 33–38 respectively, iPOM 1–4% all Ryegrass range 14–19 14–24 3–5% inter-MOM, respectively. However, total amount treatment (14 %) lowest due (86 15N) as soluble phase compared (78–83 %). This research concludes resulted increased formation macroaggregates, plant-available aggregates, larger contributed high yield illustrating role productivity sustain crop production.

Long-term changes in mollisol organic carbon and nitrogen.
Conversions of Mollisols from prairie to cropland and subsequent changes in crop production practices in the Midwestern USA have resulted in changes in soil organic matter. Few studies have used archived samples, long-term resampling of soils to a depth of 1 m, and space for time studies to document these changes. We resampled soils by depth (0-100 cm) in fields at 19 locations in central Illin...
متن کاملLong – Term Tillage and Manure Effect on Soil Physical and Chemical Properties and Carbon and Nitrogen Mineralization Potentials
The objective of this work was to study the effects of tillage and liquid manure applications on some physical and chemical properties as well as on the carbon and nitrogen mineralization potential of a meadow soil. Our results indicated that tillage and manure applications had no effect on the concentration of Cu, Mn, total N and organic C in 0-15 cm layer of soil after 15 years of treatment. ...
متن کاملLong-term manure amendments reduced soil aggregate stability via redistribution of the glomalin-related soil protein in macroaggregates
Glomalin-related soil protein (GRSP) contributes to the formation and maintenance of soil aggregates, it is however remains unclear whether long-term intensive manure amendments alter soil aggregates stability and whether GRSP regulates these changes. Based on a three-decade long fertilization experiment in northeast China, this study examined the impact of long-term manure input on soil organi...
متن کاملResponse of Bacteria Community to Long-Term Inorganic Nitrogen Application in Mulberry Field Soil
The bacterial community and diversity in mulberry field soils with different application ages of inorganic nitrogen fertilizer (4Y, 4-year-old; 17Y, 17-year-old; 32Y, 32-year- old) were investigated using next-generation sequencing. The results demonstrated that the application ages of nitrogen fertilizer significantly altered soil bacterial community and diversity. Soil bacterial Shannon diver...
متن کاملApplication of ionomics to plant and soil in fields under long-term fertilizer trials.
Ionomics is the study of elemental accumulation in living organisms using high-throughput elemental profiling. In the present study, we examined the ionomic responses to nutrient deficiency in maize grown in the field in long-term fertilizer trials. Furthermore, the available elements in the field soils were analyzed to investigate their changes under long-term fertilizer treatment and the iono...
